IHE Industry Week: Closing session – What next for skills and growth?

Join us for the closing session of IHE Industry Week, where we will reflect on the key themes, insights and recommendations emerging from the week’s sector-specific discussions.

This session will feature Phil Smith, Chair of Skills England, who will provide a national perspective on the issues raised throughout the week and explore how they connect to wider skills, workforce and economic priorities.

Drawing together contributions from providers, employers and other stakeholders, this discussion will consider the implications for future policy and practice and identify opportunities for continued collaboration between industry and independent higher education.

Target audience: IHE Members, employers, policymakers and sector stakeholders with an interest in skills development, workforce planning and economic growth.
