Immigration Series: Managing risk in the student sponsor licence

As UKVI tightens it’s compliance regime and the global market becomes riskier to recruit within, HE providers need to look internally at their policies, processes and practice to ensure they can remain compliant.
This session will explore risk from student recruitment and agents, to attendance monitoring and data reporting, to ensure they are making considered decisions and keeping on top of compliance risks throughout the student journey.
Join us for this, the first of our sessions in our 2026 Immigration series. This webinar is open to IHE members and non-members.
