This webinar will offer practical approaches to managing risk in engaging international agents regardless of how many agents you work with. This session will cover:
- Historical malpractices in international agent activity
- the AQF – what is it? Why is it important?
- Preparing to engage an agent – what due diligence should you undertake?
- Contracting with an agent – key terms and compliance issues explained
- Ongoing management of your agents and agent network
